Resumen(en)

Neuroendocrine tumors account for between 1% and 5% of pancreatic tumors. We present the case of a 30 year old man with a nonfunctioning neuroendocrine tumor. These cases are characterized by the absence of hormonal symptoms, unlike the functioning ones, making differential diagnosis with other pancreatic tumors very difficult.
